CENTIPEDE WALK – this game presents a conflict between self-interest and mutual benefit. If it could be enforced, all players would prefer that all cooperate throughout the entire game

TIRE RELAY – The first team to complete the trips through the course from start to finish wins.

TUG OF WAR – The first team to pull or drag its opponents across the designated line wins.

ROPE UNTIE –  The first team to untie the rope and finish the course wins.

MONKEY CRAWL – a wooden frame structure will hold up a cargo net for racers to climb over.

TARZAN SWING – This requires the player to swing across the hole without falling by using the rope.

CLIMBING BOARD – This is purported as a teamwork game often conducted as a group exercise in which the group would work together for them to climb the board using strategy and physical strength

MILITARY CRAWL – Participants will crawl under wire above the ground.

CHICKEN WALK– is a game where participants would work together to balance themselves to finish the course by crossing through a cable.

BALANCE WALK – This course requires the participants to cross from one point to the end without falling-off the beam.

BAMBOO POLE – This activity starts with empty poles and the goal is for the ball inside to reach the top by filling the pole with water. So, team members need to work together to cover the holes in order for the ball to rise as the pole fills with water.

HULA HOOP – A plastic hoop is used to twirl around the person’s body from one participant to another by moving the parts of the body. First group that is able to finish one round or agreed terms wins.
